Mainsail is a private gated beachfront resort located on 15 acres in Miramar Beach (Destin) FL. It is ideally located at the east end of Scenic Gulf Drive very near Silver Sands shopping & Sandestin areas. Many dining options and activities nearby - a great location! Find relaxation or stay active - at the pools or the stunning beach. Great for friends' getaways or family vacations. Our condo is right on the beach. The space "Beachside Bliss" condo has been completely renovated, Fall 2023: New Kitchen - white cabinets and quartz countertops with a beautiful blue/green glass backsplash that just says you are at the beach. New modern appliances. New master bath - walk-in shower, new cabinets, and quartz countertop with two sinks. Front bathroom update with new tub/shower and updated tile surround. Everything we have done has made the condo bright, fresh, and inviting. Includes beach service, 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup each day at this beautiful beach during March through October. The condo is immaculately maintained and has a modern beachy feel. You will love it! Guest access Our unit is close to an elevator and stairs. Other things to note NOTE: Currently, parking is limited due to demolition of the tennis courts over & near parking areas. So, we kindly request that guests come in 1 vehicle. Over-flow parking is available at the Old Navy parking area / Silver Sands Outlet just across the Emerald Coast Parkway, with a free shuttle by the 24/7 Gate/Courtesy attendant (number provided with check-in docs). NOTE: The Mainsail resort only allows registered pets for owners. (No pets are allowed for renters.) Violation of this rule, if discovered, will result in immediate expulsion with no refund.
