This downstairs apartment includes Wifi, washer/dryer, 55" flat-screen smart TV in spacious lounge with large sectional, updated full-bath with amenities and comfy queen beds. The bedrooms are separate - on opposite sides of the main living area - for maximum privacy. We have a variety of family-oriented board games and streaming services such as Netflix. Open kitchen/dining/living room area includes gas fireplace with cozy seating, full-size dining table, and well-appointed kitchen with full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, slow-cooker, all common kitchen utensils, cooking essentials such as spices, oil and vinegar, and more. Outdoor area features large gas BBQ grill, covered patio dining table, bistro table/chairs, and wood fire pit with bench and Adirondack chairs. Firewood and starters provided (fire conditions permitting). We also provide some outdoor games - croquet, corn hole and ladder golf. Please note: We live upstairs and our home is in a quiet residential area, so our Airbnb is not a good choice for loud, late-night guests. Less than an hour drive from SeaTac airport and close to wineries, museums, beach parks and Pt. Defiance Park & Zoo. About 10 min drive from Gig Harbor for great dining, shopping, breweries, boating & kayak/SUP rentals. Guest access You will have access to your own patio and BBQ grill, as well as the large lawn area and the fire pit. The hosts live upstairs but keep to their own deck and give guests full use of the backyard. Other things to note Our gardening service comes on Fridays, usually in the morining, and is here for about 30 minutes.
