4 min walk to beach - Allows Golf Carts -2 docks to fish -Pool- Beautiful views

We're ready to share our completely renovated beach condo with you this summer. We are located about a mile west of OIB center and the pier. Enjoy beautiful inlet views from both the front and back decks. We are only a 4 minute (200 yards) walk to the beach. After fun on the sand, return for a swim in our community pool (chairs provided) fishing or crabbing off the docks, or launch kayaks in the inlet. Later, catch a beautiful sunset over the inlet from the docks. This is a perfect couple's get away. However, the condo will sleep 4. We have two single bunk beds off the master bedroom so great for a couple with 2 children. Guests can use our storage room downstairs, with 2 bikes, chairs, umbrella, charcoal grill, etc. When requested, linen can be provided in off season for a fee. Use your Netflix, Amazon or other account as we have Roku for your streaming entertainment. TVs in den and bedroom. Our complex does not allow guests to bring pets. We do have an overflow parking lot and room for boats, trailers, golf carts, etc. (Guest must register with management co) GOLF CARTS ARE PERMITTED (with restrictions) and has stand alone golf cart charging for guests. You must let owner know if you plan to have a golf cart. We would love to share our vacation condo with your family in beautiful OIB.
