JJ'S Oasis - Double + Twin Room

Centrally located home on 2.5 acres located directly between Bend and Redmond and just 10 minutes to both locations. Breakfast items are included such as frozen breakfast sandwiches, eggs, toast, cheese, granola bars, biscotti, coffee/teas. Double and Twin bed with large closet. There are 3 available rooms to rent for guests. Shared living room, bathroom and kitchen for the 3 bedrooms. The outdoor space is shared with owner who lives on site in completely separate part of the home. The space Full kitchen includes 4 burner stove with oven, refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee pot, microwave, french press, electric water kettle, blender, toaster. Basic cooking items such skillets, pot and pans, baking dishes, large bowls and cooking utensils are provided. Drinking glasses, wine glasses, plates, bowls, silverware also provided. A variety of hot teas, coffee, half and half, sugar, biscotti and basic spices also provided. Guest access Communication is REQUIRED to use the fenced backyard areas due to dogs who live on-site and don't interact with guests. The backyard has grassy open areas, firepit with chairs, swing and a picnic table by seasonal pond (Mid-April to Mid-October). The chickens are also in the backyard in their own little area and vegetable, fruit and grain scraps can be given to them. Firepit is permitted for guest use as long as fully extinguished before leaving it unattended. A bucket is provided to fill with water. Firewood is provided upon request. Plenty of parking in front yard of the house right by main entrance to BNB. During your stay Please text or message me with any special requests. For late arrivals, I would be happy to purchase grocery basics to have for arrival and/or the next morning. Cost plus 20% service fee due the morning after arrival.
