This is a modern, well-appointed cottage and is part of Cerrig y Barcud Holiday Cottages, a family run group of eight cottages in an idyllic location. Matthew and Annmarie have been offering holiday cottages here for over 18 years, and have many guests who choose to stay with us time and time again. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information Carnedd Cottage is perfect for families and also ideal for a couple who may prefer more spacious surroundings or prefer separate bedrooms. You'll feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. The modern kitchen complements the light, open living area. The two bedrooms are situated at either end of the cottage for greater privacy. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, whilst the other has two singles. The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle - perfect for washing off after a trip to the beach. Car parking is conveniently arranged adjacent to the cottages. Patio doors off the main lounge area open onto a patio with views across the surrounding countryside. If you sit outside for your morning cup of coffee, you’ll often find our ponies and goats coming over to say hello! The patio is also the perfect spot to enjoy the evening sunset at the end of the day. All bedding is provided as well as tea towels and bath mat. We also provide an initial supply of basic items including washing-up liquid, aluminium foil, paper kitchen towels, toilet roll, as well as cleaning materials for both the kitchen and the bathroom. Guest access Set back from a country lane with expansive lawns and views across to the mountains of Snowdonia, Cerrig y Barcud is a perfect location for your holiday. Set apart from the cottages, our Games Room offers table tennis, pool, air hockey and table football to provide entertainment whatever the weather. A treadmill and cross trainer give you a chance to keep fit during your stay. Within the Games Room, we have a selection of books and DVD’s for you to use throughout your stay at Cerrig y Barcud. An outdoor children’s play area close to the games room provides swings, climbing equipment and slide.
