Mountainview Room- Long term stays only

This is a bedroom in charming two bedroom townhouse that you would share with me and my dog Smudge. A clean room in a central location with a comfortable bed, a desk, dresser, cube organizer and a nice view. You will also have access to the kitchen, dining space, living room, patio and laundry. The area is quiet, yet public transit and amenities are on your doorstep (groceries, coffee shops, restaurants & funky bars). At the moment I am only taking female travellers for 30 days + stays. The space I've recently renovated, putting in new laminate flooring and changing the bed to a double. A relaxing space, cozy and with everything you need. Guest access bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, laundry room (outside of the suite) Other things to note Please note that the room is meant for one person and the bathroom would be shared with myself.
