Peaceful and centrally-located place. The space The house is pretty spacious at 800 ft.². The property is undergoing some development and the house is getting skirted* There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a comfy couch and a cot in the guest closet that can sleep an adult or a child. Pets are allowed just don’t let them chew up the house, please! There is a Jack N Jill style restroom.. Please be easy on the septic tank- dispose of toilet paper and other products in the trash bin as this could be a costly repair! We are 12 minutes from formula one and 25 minutes away from surrounding cities like Austin / Kyle/ Buda/ Bastrop/ 15 min to Lockhart. Enjoy the stay! Guest access You’ll have access to the entire house and the entire acre of land that surrounds it! Other things to note The house is towards the very back of the dirt road, about 9 acres in. Please drive to the very back until you see a double gate. The white house has a Texas star on the outside of it. The house sits on 3 acres of land and there a rental RV about 200 ft away from the house. It may or may not be rented during your stay. On your drive in you might encounter neighborhood watch dogs but they are completely harmless!
