Our gorgeous hinterland retreat sits on 41 acres in the stunning Sunshine Coast just outside of Palmwoods on the hills heading up to the quant holiday village of Montville. Yet just 20 mins from the beach! The home consists of a main house and adjacent granny flat totalling 4 bedrooms plus a study. Enjoy walks on the property or into Palmwoods or Woombye to enjoy everything these charming towns have to offer incl the super popular Asian-fusion restaurant Piggyback. We‘re sure you’ll love it! The space The main home has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom ensuite has a King sized double bed and the other 2 bedrooms both have Queen size double beds. The study is set up with 2 desks and screens in case you want to work while staying. The granny flat is connected to the main house by a hallway, but the door can be closed off and it has a seperate entry. Completely private with master bedroom ensuite, livingroom with pull out sofabed (Queen) and huge kitchen and wrap-around deck with stunning views of the property and gardenbeds. We have lots of children's toys and books (our children are 5 and 3) in case you have similar aged children - they're welcome to use the toys and books. There’s even a large trampoline and play castle and kids picnic-table and sand play by the shed. We have a HUGE 65,000 litre pool with waterfall, spa and day beds! Perfect for the warm, sunny weather on the Sunshine Coast! We have multiple entertaining spaces you can enjoy, from the back deck looking out over the property, to the pool area and finally the shed with piano, indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit for BBQs perfect for evenings under the stars. Guest access Entire home and granny flat is available for rent. There is ample car parking available on the property. Other things to note We have a few older bikes that you can borrow if arranged beforehand. The fireplace won’t work over Easter unfortunately, as it has been disconnected for a new to get installed. But for April it most likely won’t be necessary to heat up the house. If for whatever reason it’s cold weather, we’ve got radiators and heating blankets in all bedrooms.
