My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive. The space My guest room, although tiny, is perfect for one person and cozy for two. The room is laid out in a practical way so that you will dismiss the small size. Life is also too short for white walls! I wanted my space to be unique, fun, and express my personality. I hope it makes you smile! The room has a full size bed, cable tv, mini frig, microwave, keurig, and dishes for easy in room dining. I provide coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and granola bars to get your day started. I also provide shampoo and body wash, towels, blow dryer, iron and other travel essentials that you may have forgotten. There is a space heater that heats up the space very quickly. I also have a heat lamp in the bathroom for chilly days. Guest access Access to the guest room is on the right side of the house, and through the gate to the backyard. Follow the red pavers up to the deck and guest room with outward opening french doors. The guest room has it's own private entrance with keyless entry. The entire backyard is open for guests to enjoy. The yard is also enjoyed by my 3 indoor/outdoor cats who have stranger danger. They are free to roam and may set off the motion sensor light on the garage. Other things to note No children or infants. No smoking on premises. No drugs. No parties. Service dogs always allowed. No other animals. Only registered guests allowed on premises. Quiet time after 9pm.
