The Stables annexe is located in a beautiful courtyard setting with private entrance and free off road parking. From the courtyard, you step into the open plan lounge area with underfloor heating. Wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are several country pubs within walking distance all serving good food. The nearest being a short 2 minute walk away. Beautiful walks from the door onto Thurstaston Common, Royden Park. Regular local bus and train services into Liverpool. The space The recently refurbished Stables Annexe was once part of the stables of Hillbark Farm, set in a semi rural location. Private entrance with self check in/ out using the key safe. Lounge area with comfortable sofa and pouffe, with area with kettle and cafetière for making tea/ coffee and small fridge. Cutlery, crockery and glasses for use. There is a bistro table and chairs situated in the courtyard for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening sunshine. Downstairs bathroom with walk in shower. Up on the mezzanine level comfortable double bed with wardrobe, hairdryer and full length mirror. Safe storage for bikes if required. Other things to note The vibrant seaside town of West Kirby with its many bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute drive away. Catch the stunning sunsets with a evening walk around the marine lake. Hillbark Hotel is less than a mile and the Royal Liverpool Golf Club is 10 minutes drive away. We can provide an iron and ironing board if required. If you require any extras on arrival such as champagne, Prosecco, flowers etc, just let us know well in advance and you can settle the bill on arrival. We live next door, so if there is anything you need to know , or any issues during your stay we can respond quickly.
