Hi DEAR, very happy for welcoming you to stay in my fully furnished studio unit :) A studio room is located in Jalan Ampang area and just opposite the Thai Embassy and right next to China Embassy. Inside of building have mini market, pharmacy, cafe and salon shop. Swimming pool and gym are free access for resident during the stay :) You can walk to G-Tower, Ampang Park LRT Station, Intermark Mall, Ampang Park Mall for variety of work and leisure purposes. You also can take bus to KLCC. The space My house must use access card given to access lift and enter. You will also have the entire private place to yourself during the stay and it is not sharing with others: - 1 Queen sized bed - Working desk and chair - Water heater for shower - Basic kitchen appliances (eg. plates, cups, spoons, forks and so on) - TV Streams like Netflix and Youtube You can also take Grab car to come here or the nearest monorail station is Ampang Park MRT and LRT station which just 10 min walking distance from apartment. Note: * No smoking and vaping inside the house Guest access Facilities that can enjoy inside building: - Indoor and Outdoor pool - Indoor Gym room - Smoking space (open space) - Water dispenser (payable) Lobby area inside building have: - Mini market store - Mamak Restaurant (Malay cuisine) - Albab Cafe (Malaysian typical cuisine) - Sausage KL Cafe (Western cuisine) - Hassan Pizza House (Western cuisine) - Famili-Care Pharmacy - Hair Flip Salon Other things to note 1) Kindly turn off electricity when not using 2) Quiet hours after 10pm 3) No smoking and vaping inside the unit, but you can smoke at rooftop open air 4) Pets are strictly not allowed inside building 5) Drugs are strictly not allowed inside building 6) Kindly leave the place clean and tidy after checked-out Kindly and appreciate that our guests can take good care of my house.
