Our home is within a short driving distance of ski slopes, amusement parks, lakes, hiking in the area’s National Parks, fishing, kayaking, biking, horse-back riding, restaurants, local wineries or breweries, shopping, and much more. Nestled in a quiet community fitted with amenities such as basketball, tennis, community pool, playground, and lake. For your comfort and convenience, we provide tennis rackets/balls, basketball, soccer ball, pool towels and fire wood if needed during your stay with us. **Feel free to bring your canoe/kayak for use on the lake. Our two level home has a warm luxurious décor with a touch of modern design. Entry floor has a game room, laundry room with washer and dryer, powder room, large living room with an electric fireplace and flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. There is also a deck with outdoor furniture, gas grill, and an outdoor fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows. The second floor has a large master bedroom (2 people) with walk-in closet, exercise equipment and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two (2 people) and b bedroom three (2 people) have one queen bed each, and bedroom four has a twin over queen bunk bed (3 people). We also provide 1 rollaway bed upon request at no additional charge. Our home is ready to accommodate small groups and families looking for ample opportunities for fun. The Pocono Mountains is the perfect location where winter and summer are welcomed with equal joy. The area offers terrific skiing in the winter and numerous outdoor activities in the summer. Our home can also be a base for Golf enthusiasts looking for the perfect location that boasts the distinction of Jack Nicklaus designed - Great Bear Golf Club. Our home is perfectly suited for peaceful reflection. After a fun-filled day return to the comfort of our home for a relaxing night in and a home-cooked dinner. *You will have access to the entire home except for the basement which is occupied by our property manager and has its own private entrance completely separate from our listing.
