The space - First floor bedroom deemed "Tawny Mushroom" from the brown paint color, has a full-sized bed (room sleeps 2) - First Floor has a full-sized couch sleeper (living room sleeps 2) - Second floor blue bedroom has a queen sized bed (room sleeps 2) - Second floor green bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-sized bottom bunk and twin top bunk, as well as a single twin bed in the room (room sleeps 4) - Second floor open landing has a twin day bed with a twin sized roll-out trundle (sleeps 2) The basement has 3 couches, one of which is a full-sized pull-out sleeper (sleeps 2) There is an extra fridge in the electrical room in the basement for overflow or used as a beverage fridge :) First floor has a small standing shower Second floor bathroom has a full tub and shower The last shower is the outdoor shower in the backyard (and our favorite part of staying down there) Some extra amenities include beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, a beach cart for easy transport, beach toys, fishing poles, umbrellas, yard games and more! Guest access The whole house! Other things to note Newport and Jamestown are only a thirty minute drive away. Downtown Wakefield is only a ten minute drive with small shops to explore.
