Las Brisas Queen at Lake Hayden

Unwind in this comfortable room with its queen size bed, large window seat, and shared bathroom. The house is in a quiet, forested neighborhood nestled in the hills above Hayden Lake, yet minutes to Hayden and Coeur d'Alene. The space Our house is a traditional two-story including a wrap-around front porch with multiple seating areas. The front door has a key-pad for easy entry at your leisure. This guest room is on the second floor of our home. It has a well-lit and cozy window seat, a ceiling fan, ample storage, and a queen size Memory Foam mattress. The full-size shared bathroom is right next to the bedroom. The street gets very narrow when cars are parked on it, so it is best to park in the driveway. The driveway can park 3 cars across it. Please park on either the left or right side of the driveway so we can still get into the garage via the center space. You will be sharing the house with us and other guests, as we have another rentable room: Moon Light Queen at Hayden Lake. Guest access You will share the upstairs full-size bathroom with other guests, while having your private room to relax and rest. Guests also have access to a half-bath on the first floor as well as a coffee and snack area in the foyer. There is a mini fridge in the foyer with cream cheese, coffee creamer, and a few bottles of water. Guests may store a few items in there. We also have a full-size refrigerator/freezer available in the garage, if needed. Enjoy mountain views, wildlife (deer and turkeys come through the neighborhood every day), birds singing, and beautiful sunsets. The wrap-around porch seating area is one of our favorite spots to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are not accessible to guests. The Hayden Lake Marina with restaurant, bar, and rentals (boat, kayak, and paddle board) are less than 1 mile from the house. Downtown Hayden (groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater, parks), Honeysuckle Beach, and access to Highway 95 are 5 minutes away. Beautiful downtown Coeur d'Alene and Lake Coeur d'Alene are about 15 minutes from the house. Silverwood Theme Park (Scarywood) is 15 minutes north of us. For skiers and snowboarders, we are situated about 1 hour from four local ski areas: Schweitzer (Sandpoint) to the north, Mt. Spokane to the west, and Silver Mountain and Lookout to the south/east. During your stay We are happy to interact with our guests as much or as little as you like. We love making new friends and hearing about your travels, but will also respect your privacy. We tend to be in and out of the house throughout the day, but are available via text if you need anything. Other things to note All common areas are cleaned everyday, including the bathrooms. Lysol disinfecting wipes are available under the bathroom sinks if you need to clean up anything yourself. Our cat (Isabelle) is very friendly. She is permitted to go outside, so don't be alarmed if she sneaks in/out when you open the front door. She is not allowed in the guest rooms. No smoking of any kind is permitted on our property. No extra guests are allowed at the house other than those included in the official Airbnb reservation.
