Comes with a Hermann's Tortoise to look after! The space Engineered oak flooring throughout ground floor. Large room sizes - kitchen diner with induction hob. Underfloor heating on ground floor. Children's toys and books available. Four bedrooms including a master bedroom with super king size bed and en suite; also a large room with a two seater double sofa-bed (140*200cm) desk, toys and books, TV - which can double up as a second lounge; a smaller room with a comfortable king size double bed and a kids room with two single beds. All rooms are available except the downstairs studio which will be used for storage. Guest access Whole house apart from one downstairs room that will be used for stoarge. Other things to note As the garden is next to a road we recommend no ball games. Our children are now 11 and 6 years old, so there are now no stair gates or cupboard locks. Also - we have a Hermann's tortoise that will need caring for! He is no trouble, and will be able to take care of himself for the most part, however he will need fresh water in his enclosure.
