The space Steve's Office features a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. The bathroom is shared if guests are staying in the other bedrooms. Please clean up after yourself if you cook. You may store food in the fridge/freezer, and filtered water & ice are dispensed in the fridge door. The coffee bar is for your use. During your stay We will most likely be home during your stay and are always available via the Airbnb app. Other things to note House Rules: -Strictly 1 car per reservation. All other vehicles must be parked elsewhere. See check-in instructions once you book for parking details. REMINDER: You must book with your own profile. Do not eat other guests' food. -Do not put solid food in the garbage disposal. -Clean kitchen after cooking. -$50 pet fee per stay per animal; 20 lb. max. Pet fee is nonrefundable. -NO PETS ON BED OR BEDDING. Evidence of pets on either will result in loss of security deposit plus additional cleaning fees. ANIMALS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT IN YOUR ROOM WHEN YOU ARE AWAY. THEY MUST GO WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES. -You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Dispose of dog poop & kitty litter in a sealed plastic bag in the gray backyard trash collection bin. Failure to clean up after your animal will result in a claim being filed with Airbnb, and you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. -Service animals are welcome and allowed to stay free of charge, but those animals' duties must align with the ADA guidelines for service animals. Due to guests claiming to have service animals that clearly were pets and not work dogs in the past, we will now ask if the service animal is required because of a disability and what work/task the animal is trained to perform. Your service animal must be housebroken, not cause disturbances to other guests and must go with you if you go out. At no time are service animals to be left unattended in your room. -Emotional support animals are not considered to be service animals by the ADA, and regular pet fees and rules apply to all ESA's. -1 shower/bath per guest each 24 hours -Please keep your towels and personal bath items in your room when not using. Please limit bathroom time to 20 minutes per visit in respect to other guests' needs. You may take the hair dryer/curling iron to your room to use. Just put them back under the sink when finished. -Absolutely no sleeping in the living room. -No smoking anywhere on property. No vaping or smoking inside. Smoky clothes must be left in your vehicle or on the back porch. Any residual smoke smell in the bedroom will result in a claim being filed with Airbnb plus additional cleaning fees. -Quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. -No loud talking, loud TV or loud music at any time. -Leave bed unmade and room door closed but unlocked at check-out. -Lock front door when leaving at check-out.
