Welcome to our new two-story Airbnb. This bedroom has Wi-Fi, a queen size bed, desk and shared bathroom. Perfect for couples and business travelers. Quiet, safe and peaceful, this single-story house faces east towards the mountains, directly opposite the front yard garden, sunny and relaxing. On the right hand side of the door is a standard bathtub with double sinks, very convenient to use. Generally, the entire house is shared by only you and a working guest in the master bedroom, with a private kitchen, living room, and patio. Close to Chinese supermarket restaurants, Costco/Great Mall shopping is convenient, light rail transit is convenient. Suitable for business trips and short stays in Silicon Valley. The space Our Airbnb house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with street parking available. It is also close to Target, Safeway, Great mall, and multiple Asian, Mexican, and American restaurants and fast food chains. We will provide you with the smart lock access code and you can check in any time after 3 pm. If you would like to check-in earlier, you can message us to see if it's possible for us to let you in early. We're more than happy to accommodate to the best of our ability! During your stay, please refrain from large parties and excessive noise after 10 pm. Other families in our neighborhood will may call authorities to report excessive noise and disturbances. No visitors after 10pm During your stay Please feel free to message us at any point before or during your stay! We are more than happy to answer any questions and address any issues that might pop up while you're staying at our Airbnb. Other things to note * Please review our house rule. We'd like to make sure all guests feel comfortable during their stays. * To maintain our quality standards, we clean the room every 2–3 weeks at no additional charge for shorter stays. The one-time cleaning fee has already been applied to your current stay. * For longer stays (28 days or more), there will be an additional $15 cleaning fee per month after the first month.
