Our 3 cottages, Clover Lodge, Clover Cottage and Clover View are situated next door to each other in Beeley, Derbyshire. Just a short drive to Bakewell, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and the beautiful sites of the Peak District. All 3 properties are recently renovated and overall sleep 14 in superb luxurious accommodation with a cosy contemporary feel. There are six double bedrooms and a double sofa bed. Each cottage has its own hot tub for guests use and there is a sauna onsite. The space The Clover properties are set in a semi rural location on the edge of the National Park and just a few minutes drive to local pubs, farm shops and restaurants. The properties are ideal for a group celebration or for families wanting to get away together but each have their own little space. Clover Cottage is big enough to all gather, however the dining table only seats 10 adults so may not be suitable for a sit down formal meal together. Each ground floor property sleeps four, comprising of two double bedrooms. Clover Lodge and Clover View each have one bathroom whilst Clover Cottage has two bathrooms. Clover Cottage also has a double sofa bed. The properties each have large open plan kitchen diners extending in to a cosy lounge with exceptional views across the unspoilt countryside. Each property has its own patio area and own hot tub to enjoy if the weather allows and barbecue area where you can bring disposable barbecues to use. There is also a sauna on site which is shared with other guests although private slots are booked once you are on site. We welcome Hen Parties or similar and can put you in touch with recommended suppliers for the following - Massage treatments at the property - Cocktail masterclasses at the property - Catering - Horse riding Feel free to say hello to our friendly pet goats, sheep and ponies during your stay who love a fuss. Well behaved dogs are more than welcome. We provide dog goodie boxes which they can indulge in and there is plenty of space to walk on the fields, and multiple walks to woodland walks from the doorstep albeit country roads initially. Locally there are multiple farm shops and small supermarkets, however there is a large Sainsburys in Matlock and large Morrisons in Chesterfield both within 10-15 minutes drive. Alternatively if you wish to order a food shop to be delivered for your stay, Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys & Ocado deliver to our area. Within a folder in the property, there is a list of our recommended restaurants/bars. Guests have walked to some pubs/restaurants however these are a good walk away and please bare in mind the property is located on country roads so there are no pavements or public footpaths initially. Also close to our property for family groups there is Matlock Farm Park where the children can see & pet many other animals, have horse riding lessons/pony rides and there is several indoor and outdoor play area, go karts and the UK’s largest jumping pillow. Locally there is a little aquarium, museums, rapids, pottery painting, nerf zone parks and Gullivers Kingdom theme park, aswell as swimming baths, parks and treasure hunts. There is also the famous Chatsworth with its own gardens, farmyard and house and The Heights of Abraham which are both great for family days out. Matlock and Bakewell are both lovely towns for a day out. Matlock Bath is lovely place to visit for an evening at the amusements with fish & chips. All of the activities mentioned above are a 5 to 20 mins drive. Other things to note CELEBRATIONS If you are staying with us for a celebration then please ask about our special occasions packages tailored to you. We can offer you banners, balloons, cupcakes and more ready for your arrival for a small fee. HOT TUB Hot tub rules apply. Hot tub closes at 10pm. If you wish to use the hot tub during your stay, we recommend you bring a towel and/or bath robe. Extra towels for hot tub use are not provided. SAUNA Sauna rules apply. Opening hours 10am-9pm There is also a sauna on site which is shared with the other cottages on site however private slots must booked once you are on site. Extra towels for sauna use are not provided. WIFI. Update Sept 23 - Due to the location of this property, the WIFI is now provided by Rural 4G Broadband & it is now unlimited, speeds can still vary but generally are more than sufficient for browsing and streaming. COFFEE MACHINE Our coffee machines take Dolce Gusto Pods, these are not provided so please bring these with you if you are wishing to use them. SOFA BED Sofa bed bedding will not be made available unless you have booked for more than 12 guests.
