Guest access Enter through a private entrance into the welcoming mudroom with adjoining laundry room. We allow one load of free laundry included with each 1-week stay in our large volume washer & dryer. Additional loads available for $5 per load. Mudroom/laundry space is shared with owners who rarely pass through to the backyard or to do laundry. We try not to do laundry when guests are home. Access the backyard directly from your ensuite via a private patio door. The gas grill and all outdoor seating is available for use during your stay. Other things to note We provide a large mini fridge, gas grill, and single-cup coffee maker with coffee and tea. Some snacks included. Breakfast is not provided. EV car charging via 110V driveway outlet for $5 per night regardless of local/state going rates and no matter how much you are charging. There are other charging stations around town if you prefer.
