Welcome to Corte Santa Marta! Brand new apartment located in an ancient 17th century building recently renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Bellano, a few steps from the Lake. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Orrido & all the main services: bars, restaurants, shops, train station & pier. Ideal for traveling to Varenna, Bellagio and the rest of Lake Como. Also suitable for reaching the Sentiero del Viandante, without having to give up the comforts of a stay in the center. The space The accommodation is provided in a spacious studio apartment with southern exposure, located on the second floor of the building, reachable by lift. The apartment is equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed (140x210cm) enriched with a topper (5cm), a fully equipped kitchenette and a large bathroom with spacious shower and equipped with smart TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Guests will be provided with sheets and towels. Corte Santa Marta's proposal does not end with the rental of the accommodation, but is enriched by a series of indications and targeted advice to help you live a 360° experience discovering the excellence of Bellano and Lake Como. Guest access Access to Corte Santa Marta takes place from the ancient and characteristic door which opens directly onto Piazza Santa Marta, through the internal courtyard of the building. Other things to note You don't need a car. The train station (all trains stop) is only 400 meters away. Parking, free and paid, can be easily found in the immediate vicinity.
