Calming ocean of blue for a single traveller

The blue room is the smallest but coziest room of the house. This room is suitable for a single traveler who’s looking for a roomy bed or a couple that likes to snuggle close together in this 140x200 double bed. Small in size, but big in comfort, we offer you a bathroom with walk-in shower, a wardrobe, coffee corner with mini fridge and reading nook with views over the treetops. This room has a shared balcony with our bigger double room, but you’re also welcome to enjoy the rooftop terrace. The space Kasa d’Vizin is a lovingly renovated family home in the heart of the small village of Eito, in the Paul Valley of Santo Antão. We are a small hotel with a personal touch, where guests are welcomed more like friends than tourists. We provide a cozy bar stocked with drinks, freshly prepared lunch and dinner options, and packed lunches for those heading out on hikes. In the afternoon, you can also enjoy a cocktail on our rooftop terrace while taking in the mountain views. Our aim is to combine comfort, good food, and warm hospitality in a peaceful village setting, the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Santo Antão. Guest access All guests have access to our rooftop terrace, a lovely spot to relax with a drink, enjoy the panoramic views of the Paul Valley, and share breakfast and dinner with fellow travelers. On the terrace you will also find: A fridge stocked with drinks; write down what you take in the notebook provided. A large water bottle so you can easily refill your own reusable water bottles. Snacks and fruit available for a quick bite. A sunscreen dispenser to keep you protected during your hikes and adventures. The terrace is the heart of our guesthouse. 🌿 During your stay Our kitchen and cleaning staff speak only Portuguese and Creole, but there is always someone available to assist you. In the mornings (except on Sundays) you will usually find me on the rooftop terrace to answer questions, give hiking tips, or simply have a chat. In the afternoons, our receptionist is present to welcome guests and provide any assistance needed. This way, you can always count on personal support throughout your stay.
