Mermaid Retreat is a mermaid-themed home with private pool across from public beach access 9 on Carolina Beach! Plenty of parking alongside the fence and one spot in front, the home is on a corner lot. The space This one-story beach home is a 3 bed/2 bath with private pool, fenced in backyard and outdoor shower. Living room has 1 suede double recliner couch and another suede couch. All beds are memory foam/gel for added comfort. Kitchen is stocked with serving ware, cook ware, updated appliances (fridge has ice maker). Utility room has a large washer & dryer. Guest access Guests have the entire property to themselves. Backyard is completely fenced-in with bamboo screening, a gas grill, open hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off, outdoor seating & dining. Off-street parking fits about 3-5 vehicles along the fence, and parking in front fits 1 large vehicle or 1 compact and a golf cart. Other things to note Mermaid Retreat is taking extra precautions to ensure your stay is comfortable and safe. Our cleaning team continues to spray down surfaces in the home, but we are following up with an antivirus, antibacterial, antimicrobial, antifungal solution called Armor spray from Selah Oils. We consider pets as part of the family so we do not charge pet fees, but in return we ask that our guests please pick up after their pets with the pet waste bag dispensers and the outside pet waste bin to avoid contamination between pets. We also run the sprinklers to clean our grass and help things along. We provide Starlink WiFi, smart TVs, Dish network. The home has safes to secure your valuables. Laundry room has first aid kit, pet bowls, cleaning supplies, iron, and ironing board. Master bedroom has Greco Pack N Play with mattress and sheets, and an XL pet crate if needed. Carolina Beach excludes pets between 9am - 5pm during the summer months - April 1 - Sept 30. We keep extra leashes and rolls of pet waste bags to take with you in the cabinet beside the front door. Carolina Lake and the beach are walking distance from the home!
