The property is 15 acres with hundreds of century old trees, a creek, lots of grassy park like areas, a stream and a pond The space The tiny house cabin sleeps four and is stocked with everything you need. Bathroom with shower, towels, all bedding, AC, heater, kitchen with cookware to make meals, upstairs bedroom loft, TV, the day bed in the living room converts to two twin beds, front outdoor screen room with bench, outdoor BBQ At the back of the cabin is a creek that runs year round. This location is close to the ski lifts, Lake McCloud, McCloud Falls, Mount Shasta ski lifts, Shasta City, Lake Siskiyou and many other attractions Guest access If this cabin is booked we have 7 cabins and 12 Glamping tents and over 100 rv spaces on the same property. Please check my other listings. You will have exclusive use of the cabin and the area in front by picnic table. You will have parking for cars. You will have access of the entire 15 acre property which is shared by other campers in RV's and trailers. Other things to note Unlike most Airbnb listings we do not charge a cleaning fee to keep your and our costs down. Before you leave please clean all dishes, wipe down counters, and a basic tidy up to avoid a cleaning charge of $50. Please take out all trash tied up in plastic trash bags and drop in the dumpster enclosure next to the laundry room. Please help by recycling in the plastic bins
