Lovely light airy room in a three bedroom Edwardian terrace house just above beautiful Queen's Park in Brighton. The window looks out over the back garden. There is a comfy double bed, hanging rail, shelving unit for clothes, bedside table, desk and chair. The house is situated on a hill and there is a nice view of the sea from the front garden. Brighton Pavilion, and Brighton Palace Pier and seafront are twenty minutes walk away. The Royal Sussex County Hospital is a ten minute walk from here. The space The kitchen is large and fully equipped and leads into the small but pretty back garden. The bathroom is modern with a good shower. There is also a downstairs toilet. Guest access This is a two storey house with all three bedrooms and bathroom on the top floor. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and garden, but the living room is a private space. Other things to note I am a live in landlady.
