Placed in the rear of our lot, it's perched above our studio/office and interestingly elevated above the surrounding lots and back yards. Completed in March 2022, the apartment includes high end finishes, tons of closet/storage space and no shortage of charm. The space At 480 square feet, the apartment is a small one bedroom, comfortable for 2 and somewhat of a squeeze for three adults. The apartment is accessed by a flight of exterior steps. The queen bed has a new Sweetnight, 12" hybrid mattress ( memory foam top layer with and internal spring system). The living area has a fold out queen sofa bed with a sleeping surface of 60" x 80". The bath is off the bedroom. Storage consists of a closet with an alcove above in the bedroom as well as shelving in the kitchen and laundry closet. Other things to note Parking is on street and there is a small city parking lot to the rear of our property. There are always spots and you rarely will need to walk far. In general, parking is not a problem in the area.
