The tub is only as clean as the guests that get in. We sanitize and sometime completely dump the water between rentals. If you have read previous reviews regarding any extra fees, this no longer applies. The hot tub is now included in the regular cleaning fee. You can access all parts of the house except our personal closets and dressers. There are door hangers in each room to hang your clothes and luggage racks. Some rooms have drawer storage. I am almost always available by text or phone. I am not available during the night when I am sleeping, around 11pm - 7am. When you walk outside or just open the window, you'll hear the rushing sound of water from a stream that flows down the mountain near the house, it makes you feel like you're in a rain forest. We have lots of books, games and toys for everyone to enjoy! You can get a taxi or Uber to my home from the train station in Cold Spring or Beacon. I also recommend Frank Nakhla. He charges $20 to go to Cold Spring or Beacon and his car hold 6-7 people. IMPORTANT: • Sorry, I can no longer allow gatherings at my house that involve non paying guests because they are not covered by my insurance. If you invite friends or service providers, (like chefs, make-up artists...) over without my permission, I will inform Airbnb and they may cancel your booking and you may be asked to leave. • PETS: There is a $75 fee per pet.
