It immediately makes you forget the hustle & bustle of city life, as soon as you reach the villa. You can take a leisurely stroll in the nearby long & clean beach at Nagaon and enjoy the magnificent surroundings. Being close to Mumbai, it is ideal for one to two day picnic for group of friends, traditional families and all groups of people with the spirit of adventure who are looking for a unique experience in hospitality and enjoyment. We have a beautiful villa with 2 television, 3 AC luxury Rooms, 3 Bath-Toilets & Hot Water Facilities (Sweet Water not hardwater/salty water), with a menu of your choice. As seacoast is known for seafood, delicious seafood will be served to you as per your choice. (Made to order food at your own expense) We will serve both veg & non-veg food. FOOD CHARGES ARE EXTRA. Guest access Guests will have access to all the rooms available on the property Other things to note -We have not included food in our tariff. Food, if any, provided/arranged by us will be chargeable separately. -Guests can cook food of their choice in the kitchen using the cookware and stove provided in the kitchen. However, guests should bring their own provisions (grains, oil, salt, milk, tea, coffee, butter etc.) to make their food. Guests can also source provisions from the shops nearby (the Nagaon main market is about 400 meters away on the main road ). Guests can also bring their own ready-to-eat food or order food from the nearby restaurants / take away bars. Guests should eat food only at the dining table provided in the premises. Please do not eat on the bed. Guests should also wash and clean the cookware / crockery / cutlery if they use it. Please deposit the garbage / waste in the dustbins provided in the kitchen/ bedrooms / living room. -The furniture, bedding, linen and towels provided to the guests are for use within the bungalow only; please do not take them outside the bungalow. A Security Deposit of Rs.2000/- per group is to be placed with the caretaker at check-in. This will be returned to the depositor at check-out subject to observance of the House Rules and payment of compensation/ damages for damage, if any, caused to the premises or property or fitments or cookware or cutlery or crockery therein the fine can exceed as much as or equivalent to the damage caused by the Guests /Group /traveller/customer, as stated in the House Rules.
