We've created our own paradise in the sun and welcome you to enjoy it too, stay in 1 or 2 of our rooms or rent all 3 for exclusive use of the ground floor and pool. We’re happy to share our favourite places and hidden gems to make your stay extra special. Villa Azul is a typically Portuguese villa, with some modern twists set in a peaceful countryside hamlet, yet just 15 min stroll to the nearby village of Conceição with a small selection of restaurants, bars, shops, post office and bus stops. The space The ground floor of Villa Azul is a 3 double bedroom villa, with several spacious outdoor patios and sunbathing areas and a 8m x 4 m filtered pool. Shared space includes a beautiful 52sqm lounge with fully opening folding doors overlooking the pool and outside lounge area and the same overlooking the more shaded outdoor dining and BBQ area. To the rear of the lounge are double sliding patio door leading to the rear patio, shaded seating area and access to the pool. This room has a 10 seater dining table where you can enjoy your breakfast or chill in the relaxing recling seating or watch tv by the log burner fire in the cooler months. There is wifi and streaming tv available. One of the double bedrooms has an ensuite shower room with toilet and the other two sharing a family bath/shower room with toilet and bidet. THIS LISTING IS FOR BEDROOM 2 - or the grey and lilac as we affectionately call it. This room has a large, comfy double bed, with fitted wardrobe and bedside tables, so plenty of space for all your belongings. The double bed can be exchanged for twin beds. A single bed or cot can be added for an additional 25€ per night. There's double patio doors leading out to your own patio area, at the rear of the villa, with table and chairs. Enjoy your breakfast here in the shade or enjoy the afternoon and early evening sunshine. There's a remote controlled oscillating fan light to keep you cool on the long hot summer nights. Shared family bathroom with bath & shower. Guest access As well as your own bedroom and patio you will also have shared access to the:- POOL & GARDEN * Relax and sunbathe on the South Facing patio. * Take a relaxing dip in the refreshing 8m x 4m pool * Chill out with a glass of wine under the pergola in the outdoor lounge * Take a reprieve from the sun in the shaded garden, sitting under the ancient carob tree * Pick a fresh lemon for your G & T * Plenty of parking space available too LOUNGE AREA * The lounge has plenty of lounge seating, a 10 seater dining table, TV, WiFi, Alexa, board games and a selection of books. * Double folding doors open from the lounge to the front patio and garden with outdoor dining area and built in bbq. * A second set of Double folding doors open to a south facing patio, with relaxed seating area and pergola, overlooking the pool area and sun loungers. * Double sliding doors open from the rear of the lounge to a west facing patio and shaded seating area. Please note, the owners live in the upstairs of the villa with it's own private entrance. You still have full privacy and exclusive use of the pool, gardens and ground floor patios.
