Comfortable and quiet apartment in Colegiales.

2/3 rooms suitable for 3 people in Colegiales. Very quiet and cool apartment. Kitchen and living room with a sofa bed. Bedroom with many cupboards. Small adjoining room. Everything is available for you to be comfortable: kitchen utensils, linens and towels. The neighborhood is lovely. All shops are 100 meters away. Palermo is within walking distance. The metro is 500 meters away. The building is very quiet, the apartment is not suitable for organizing parties or meetings. The space The apartment consists of a living room that opens onto the kitchen. A bedroom with plenty of storage, adjoining the bathroom with toilet, bidet and bathtub. In the photos, the bed does not have a bed base but in the meantime it has been delivered ;) There's a small extra room with a crib. The kitchen is equipped (kettle, toaster, fridge, frying pan, saucepan, cutlery, greens, oil, sugar, salt, etc.). Warning: the gas is being installed, for now the stove is out of service and you have to cook on electric plates. The hot water tank allows you to take 1 shower or a bath, but it then heats the water very quickly for the following people. The apartment is functional and comfortable. It is a bit old, it is not suitable if you are looking for a high-end service, but if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable apartment in a lovely area, you will be fine. Guest access There is usually space to park in the area, especially in the evenings and on weekends. The metro (Line D is 500 meters away) and many bus lines pass nearby (151, 168, 39, 42, 63 100 meters away, metrobus cabildo 500 meters away). Colegiales station (Suarez line) 300 meters away. Other things to note The building is very quiet and this is our home during the year. We therefore ask guests to respect neighbors and places. In return, you can count on us to make your stay easier.
