Enjoy all that Sun Lakes has to offer but get away from it all in this peaceful garden home. Everything you need to relax and enjoy quiet surroundings! The space There are two “master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, so lots of privacy if sharing the house. The comfortable living room features a large TV with Netflix and Prime Video as well as an electronic antenna for local channels. It also has a Fire-stick if you want to sign into your own cable system, just please don’t change my passwords. The dining room is nicely lighted and the kitchen has everything you could need to fix a great meal. The completely “Arizona Room” is completely enclosed by screen, and covered by the roof so it makes a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning or relax and read and listen to the birds! Cottonwood and all of SunLakes are adult communities. Minimum age in most is at least 45 years old. Guest access You will enter thru an electronic lock keyed just for you! Other things to note There is a guest card available that allows you to use the facilities in Sun Lakes, it is $250, only one needed if you do things together.
