Great location!! Beautiful upstairs duplex, approx. 1500 sq ft. Centrally located in quiet, upscale Houston neighborhood, on dead end street. Two car driveway parking, as well as street parking. Distance in miles to attractions - Minute Maid Pk-5, Galleria-5, MD Anderson-4, Hobby Ctr-4, Wortham Ctr- 4, Menil/Rothko Chapel-1, Museum of Fine Arts-2, Toyota Ctr-5, NRG Stadium-4, HouseofBlues-3, NASA-29, IAH-26, Hobby Airport-4, Port of Galveston-53. Great for families, business, friends! The space The space feels comfortable and homey, yet fresh and updated. Large 3 bedroom space. You can count on cleanliness and fresh sheets and plentiful towels. The beds are comfortable! Other amenities include toiletries, condiments, full washer and dryer. Thoughtful extras abound - beach towels for trip to Galveston, sunblock, hairdryer, "things-I-forgot" (like Q-tips, and cotton balls) games, magazines, wine glasses, corkscrew, champagne glasses, coffee, coffee grinder and pot, tea, cookware, silver ware, bakeware, dishwasher, microwave, full dressers and closets. 2 Smart TV's. Guest Netflix, Hulu, Cable-HBO and many channels, many saved movies. Keyless entry - you pick the code in advance. The apartment is right next store to an amazing HEB grocery store. They have probably just about anything you could want, as well as beer and wine. Additionally, we are within 5 miles of all varieties of restaurants and bars. Guest access You will have total private access to the upstairs. Other things to note We are currently renting for stays longer than a week. We have limited the number of guests to six, because there are 2 queen beds and a full bed in the 3 bedrooms. There is an additional pull out queen bed. We don't object to an occassional extra guest or 2 during a long term stay, but would prefer to keep the ongoing group size to 6. Registration Details STR-2025-000845
