Shop, Dine, or watch a Movie only short away from the property. The space The condominium includes a private balcony, up to 4 guest can stay comfortably. Airconditioned Wifi Netflix 1 Bed Room - Queen Size Bed Living Room - Double Size Sofa Bed (Hotel Quality Beddings. Pillow and linen provided) Bathroom includes towels, hand towels, facial washer. Hairdryer Hot/Cold Shower Toilet- Handheld Bidet Sprayer A lounge area with Smart TV. (Ready watch Netflix and You Tube) Dining table and chairs Wardrobe Office desk for you laptop Modern kitchen fully equipped with: Refrigerator Microwave Oven Rice Cooker Kettle Toaster Stove And basic cooking (pots, frying pan etc) Dining essentials (plates, cups, knives, forks, spoons etc). Iron/Ironing board Self Serve Laundromat near lobby(fees apply) Pets are not allowed Smoking outside balcony only. Olympic Size Swimming Pool and kiddies pool ( fees apply php 150 pp) Closed: Mon- Maintenance Open: Tue - Sun (6am to 10pm) Please note: Admin open half day on Sat from 9am-12noon . Sun closed if you need to get a permit for swimming pool I suggest to get it early. Guests also have access to Fitness Center, Badminton Courts and Basketball Courts.( fees apply) Parking - Please ask Security Guard for availability upon arrival. (first come first served will cost you around 30php for the first 4 hrs and 10php for every 1 hr. Or can also go to SM Mall parking only walking distance from the unit.( fees apply first come first serve) Other things to note This is one of our unit at the Grass that can stay up to 4 guest but if you decide to get another unit that is close. We also have a unit next door that can stay up to 4 guest same rates. List of Requirements: Guest need to provide a copy of Government ID’s for each person who will be staying such as passport for foreigners, driver license, student I’d,birth cert for children who do not have ID’s yet. Guest will need to take a photo and send it through here as I will need to get a permit before arrival. (Same day booking M-F need to send before 2:00 pm) Guest that are planning to check in on Sunday will need to send ID’s before 11 am on Saturday as admin only open half day on Sat closed Sunday.) Visitors is not allow in the unit only down the lobby.If you have visitors who plan to stay overnight after your arrival will need to provide government ID’s for permit. It will cost 250php (US 4.50) as I need to pay my care taker Luz for her transport and time. I suggest you send it before arrival so you do not need to pay. (please note total of 4 people only per booking ) (infant under 1 years old is free of charge but no bed/cot is not provided.) Check- in 2pm ( guest planning to check in early will have to send me message) Check-out before 12 noon( as care taker will have to clean the unit for next guest checking in by 2 pm)
