Charming little peaceful village, surrounded by forests, located in Haute-Marne near the Vosges and Haute-Saône. The thermal spa of Bourbonne les Bains is 9 minutes away with an animal park for young and old, its intercommunal swimming pool, its amenities, its market and a Casino. Discover the organic vineyards of Coiffy, of the basket-weaving city of Fayl Billot, Langres: the 2nd largest fortified city in France, cutlery from Nogent. Car is essential. Pets are welcome. The space Beautiful kitchen, furnished and equipped, spacious, bright with table and chairs. Tea towels provided. Compost bucket and sorting bins. An electric radiator for heating. Living room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed (cotton sheets, mattress protector, pillows with cotton protection and all-season duvets), a table and 6 chairs as well as a TV. A wood-burning stove and an electric heater for heating. A shower room with toilet. Towels provided for up to 6 people. Washing machine. Electric towel dryer. Large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, cotton sheets, pillows with cotton protection and all-season duvets are provided. A dressing room, a radiator. A crib with fitted sheet, mattress covers and even sleeping bags if needed. A changing mat (thick). A bedroom without an exterior window with two 90 x 190 cm beds, cotton sheets, pillows with cotton protection and duvets (all seasons) are provided. A courtyard with garden furniture, pergola and electric barbecue. All bedding is new, purchased new in 2022. Laundry, non-smoking house. Baby/child equipment: high chair, a folding stroller... dishes and cutlery. Carpets (tiles in all rooms except bedrooms). Books and games for the little ones. All childcare equipment on request. Possibility to shelter a vehicle, motorcycles, bicycles. The yard is large, it is possible to park another vehicle or a caravan, a camper... We can provide other board games. And if necessary, we have, in our laundry room with external access, kitchen appliances that we can lend: raclette, fondue, stone grill and pancake party... and even the dryer. There are minimum consumables in the cottage on arrival (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee/filters, sugar, toilet paper...). Possibilities to buy seasonal fruits and vegetables that come from our garden! Eggs depending on the laying. We will ask guests to return the gîte to us in the same condition as found, i.e. tidy and clean. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space. A double private entrance (front door as well as an entrance through the kitchen). Only the garden and courtyard will be shared with us. There are several plots of vegetable gardens ...there are quite a few fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, plums...) as well as a walnut tree. A children's area to share with our 9-year-old daughter: the sandpit, a wooden hut, a kitchenette... In summer, from June to September, an above ground swimming pool (diameter 3 m by 61 cm high). We live in the house next door, not adjoining, not overlooked, separated by the large common courtyard. Other things to note We have animals that share our lives: Alya, our very young dog (Australian Shepherd), Doudou, our guinea pig; Pépin, our rabbit and Lily, Simone, Anna, Roussette, Douce, Augustine, Fleur, Rousse, Volette, Joséphine, Henrietta, Grina, Grise, Fleurette, Dorette, Tic and Tac and Porcelaine our chickens. Coco, Faucon and Rococo our roosters. Tya, our cat, and Moustache who comes regularly. Ugo, Ugoline and Victorien, our sheep from Cameroon. Arlo, our dwarf goat. We will ask you to collect your animals' droppings. You will find in the gîte an IGN map of the area as well as several documents for the 3 departments 52, 88 and 70. In addition, a "tourism" listing and annual seasonal activities.
