Entire house with waterfront view and gradual walk of less than 75 yards to the water’s edge! Amazing view of the lake from the deck and living room. The house is cozy and homey to give the relaxing feel of a weekend away at the lake. Full yard space for activities and waterfront access for fishing or swimming from shore. Close to Branson, Kimberling City, and Shell Knob! The space This is a wonderful getaway home located 10 minutes drive from Shell Knob! It’s less than 75 yards from the edge of the lake with a gradual walk down the entire way. The deck stretches the length of the house and has a beautiful clear view of the lake and adjacent cliffs, a perfect place to relax and enjoy a weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful so enjoying the still of the morning and evenings can be one of a kind! With the lake being so close this is a great place to swim, fish, or take a day trip to Branson. Swimming can be done from the shore right out the back door or there are public beaches near by at the Lake Marinas. The yard is also large and perfect for games and enjoying the day outside. There are two bedrooms upstairs that sleep 2 each (a queen log bed and a double bed) along with a couch. Downstairs there is a set of twin bunk beds and a Coca Cola room that accommodates a queen sized air mattress if necessary. We have a flatscreen Roku TV that has access to all streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Sling, CBS All Access etc) as well as a DVD player. We have some children’s toys and board games as well. Guest access Lake front and shoreline, these are public areas owned by the lake. Docks are private available only to slip owners.
