Large, Family Home in Beautiful PSU Neighborhood

Beautiful family home that is nestled in the ideal location for taking in all that State College has to offer. Located just 3 miles from campus, popular dining/shopping areas, the Blue and White golf course, numerous parks/playgrounds, and even State Game Lands, anything and everything that you would want to do is just minutes away. You'll be close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle of a PSU event-filled weekend, or you could easily avoid it, all the same. The space Comfortable and spacious four-bedroom home that is ideal for families or groups of friends. The main level includes a large, eat-in kitchen, dining room, great room with vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace, laundry, half-bath, and master suite with private full bath. The second level has two additional guest rooms, a full bath, and another master suite with private full bath. The kitchen also connects to a large furnished deck with a gas grill. Guest access You will have access to all of our living spaces except for a finished basement and the dressers and closets in the upstairs bedrooms. While the garage will be accessible for entry/exit, storage, and use of the additional refrigerator and freezer, guests are not permitted to park their vehicles inside. Other things to note We own a domestic indoor black cat named Basil. He will be staying in the house during your visit, but will have everything he needs for a comfortable weekend in the finished basement. While he is incredibly friendly (gentle kids included!), he can also be very shy. You may/may not encounter him during your visit as there is a kitty door that allows him to move freely between the basement and the rest of the home. Basil does not do well with other animals, hence the strict no pet policy for our guests.
