We added a starlink internet for more connectivity in the area HOUSE RULES: Our staffs are always delighted to welcome you at The Kind Home and acquaint you on how best you can best maximized your stay with us. We have two (2) stay-in staffs in the premises to assist you during your stay. they will mostly stay in their quarter for your privacy, but please do not hesitate to buzz them for any assistance needed. Please be mindful of their working time- cut off time of their work is 9pm. Our staff, Vivian, will provide you a checklist of the items inclusive of your stay but should be returned upon check-out. kindly ensure to properly turnover the items on your checkout to avoid additional charges. - Toiletries, towels, slippers, are provided for 10 people only - Towels, Robes, pool towels are not for you to take home - Everything in the Home are not for take home Kindly Ensure to bring what you need for the duration of your stay as our staffs cannot assist you on buying errands. Lalamove service is available in the area--you may make the arrangements as you may deem necessary. We appreciate your cooperation on this. We encourage you to ask assistance from Vivian if you will use any electric appliance--we are delighted to open our home for your experience and enjoy. We do have some adopted dogs & Cats outside which we regularly feed-- please be kind & compassionate to them. We would appreciate your gesture of maintaining order and cleanliness of The Kind Home. Our staff is more than willing to assist you on any cleaning/maintenance of the premises during your stay. No slippers inside the bedroom and dining area, outside slippers must be left by the door when entering the rooms to preserve the cleanliness of the premises Smeg Ref are for drinks and vegetables only Chest Freezer and ref located at the bar area can be used for frozen goods such as meats, fish etc. No Eating & Drinking in the pool for safety and hygiene purposes Avoid the back portion of the Kind Home as this is a restricted area which serves as the quarters of our staff. We appreciate your respect and courtesy as we would like to maintain privacy for both our guests and our staffs. The Kind Home House Rules Important Guidelines: 1. Maximum Capacity: The Kind Home can accommodate 10-15 guests, including children. We provide 5 extra single floor mat cushions for added comfort. 2. Guest Policy: Inviting additional guests who are not part of the reservation is strictly prohibited. 3. Pet Policy: • Only small pets (maximum of 2) are allowed. • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and maintaining the cleanliness of the property. • Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. • Be mindful of the landscaping, as we are surrounded by beautiful plants. • Before bringing pets into the rooms, please ensure their paws are clean to prevent damage to furniture and carpets. -Bring your own towel for your fur babies as towel of the kind home are prohibited to use to your fur babies. 4. Noise & Events: • Parties, loud music, and DJs are not allowed. • Private events must be approved by the host prior to booking. Additional fees apply if the event is permitted. • Karaoke/Videoke: A JBL 110 Bluetooth speaker and 2 mics are available at the open bar area. Bring 4 AA batteries (2 per mic) to use them. Additional House Rules: 1. Treat the house with respect, as if it were your own home. 2. No illegal substances are allowed on the property. 3. Guests are responsible for their actions during their stay; the host and staff will not be liable for accidents, loss, or theft. 4. Kuya Ruel maintains the pool and plants and will be on the premises every morning. 5. Children must be supervised at all times in every area of the property. 6. Keep noise to a minimum at night to respect the peace and quiet of the area. 7. Smoking is allowed only outside. Smoking inside incurs a ₱5,000 fine. 8. Charges for missing items: • Towels: ₱1,000 per piece • Linens: ₱4,000 per piece • Pillows: ₱800 per piece • Pillowcases: ₱400 per piece 9. Handle all property items with care—“You break it, you pay it.” 10. Help conserve energy and water: • Turn off lights and air-conditioning when not in use. • Do not leave faucets running. 11. Clean the kitchen after every use, including utensils and dishes. 12. No commercial use of the property without prior permission, including content creation. Let us know in advance if you intend to do so. Pls inform us before booking if this is your intention, so we can decide to allow or not the booking. 13. Report any damages immediately, regardless of severity. Honesty is appreciated, and final assessments will be made by the host. 14. Excessive damage or cleanliness issues may result in extra cleaning or repair fees. 15. Any complaints must be reported immediately to give us the chance to resolve the issue. Our staff or host will be permitted to enter the property to address concerns. 16. The host reserves the right to assess all situations and apply fair judgment for any violations. By confirming your reservation and checking in, you agree to abide by all house rules and accept any charges related to damages or violations. We would gladly accommodate an hour or two extension provided you inform our staff Jessa to ensure there are no existing bookings at that time. Otherwise, we appreciate your understanding should we request to vacate the premises as we needed ample time to clean and disinfect for the next guest. Thank you! Mang Marcial maintains the pool and plants, so every morning he will be in the premises. 5. Children of ANY age should not be left unsupervised at any area of the property 6. Be mindful of the noise during night time, let's respect the tranquility of the farm. 7. Smoking is allowed outside the property, smoking inside the premises will be charge 5000 php. 8. Missing Towels will be charge 1000php per piece 9. Missing linens will be charge 4000 php per piece 10.Missing pillows will be charge 800 per pc 11. Missing Pillow cases will be charge 400 per pc 12. Pls handle our stuffs with care, you break you pay 13.To help the environment, pls conserve energy and water. Turn off lights and air-conditioning units when not in use. 13.Do not leave any faucets running. 17. Please keep our kitchen clean, Please Clean the cooking and dining utensils right after every use. 18.Listings should never be used for commercial purposes without a host's permission- this includes any content creation. If you are booking our home for this purpose pls let us know! 19. In the case of breakage or damages done within the property, please inform us immediately. No matter how small it may seem, or anything out of the ordinary. We will appreciate it more i f you will be honest and apologize about the incident. Final Verdict will still be up to the Host. 20.Damages- excessive damages to the property including but not limited to cleanliness, furnitures damages or odor can result in additional cleaning fees or repair cost. By checking into our home you agree to pay for any damages that may result from you, your group brought to the property. - PLEASE DO NOT THROW TISSUES, USED TISSUES,SANITARY NAPKINS ETC. INTO THE TOILET BOWL TO AVOID CLOGGING THE PLUMBING,IF YOU DO SO AND IT GOT CLOGGED UP DURING YOUR STAY WE WILL CHARGED ADDITIONAL OF 1000 php FOR EXTRA CLEANING FEE 21.Complaints- any complaints regarding the property must be reported to our staff right away, this can give us the opportunity to remedy the situation before you checkout. Permission will be automatically granted for the staffs, host to enter the property to attempt to remedy the complaint. 22.The Host reserves the right to evaluate each situation and apply fair judgement for all possible offenses. By confirming your reservation and check in to our home, you agree that you are not entitled to, Nor will you seek liability or compensation or any type, including partial or full refunds for any such disclosure as listed above. Your acceptance of this reservation means you agree to abide by all the House Rules and pay any fees or damages in this disclosure caused by you or anyone in your reservation. Important: * Maximum capacity of the Kind Home is 10-15pax including children in the counting, we will be providing 5 extra single floor mat cushions * inviting Guest over is prohibited *Pets: We allow only small pets and maximum of 2 *the owner must be responsible in cleaning and maintaining our property when bringing in their pet. *Clean after your pet *pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or swimming in the pool. *Fur parents must be mindful also with the landscape of the home as we are surrounded with beautiful plants :) *Bringing in your fur baby inside the rooms pls make sure the paws are clean to avoid damaging the fabric of our furnitures and so our carpets *Partying, loud music, using of karaoke/videoke, bringing in dj are not allowed in The Kind home, in doing so we have the right to enter the premises and ask you to vacate and report you to airbnb right away, no refund will be issued *Using our property for private event pls notify us before booking, so we can assess if we can allow it or not, In case we allow the event, we do charge extra fee for it. *Please Respect our home and the nature surrounding it, the place is very tranquil, calm and very peaceful :) * We are very strict in the number of people we allow inside the home, if you showed up to our villa morethan 15 pax, we have the rigth to deny you entry and report you to airbnb right away because of violation of our house rules, your payment will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
