Guest access Guests have access to all shared spaces and amenities throughout the property. This includes: - Beachfront pool (shared, open from 9:00 to 20:00) - Beach club amenities (sun beds, umbrellas, towels, showers, and pool) are included for registered guests; additional fee applies for outside visitors - Gym & skate park (open 7:00 to 20:00; currently under remodeling) - Pet-friendly gardens and beach areas - Turtle sanctuary – discounted entrance for guests - Massage cabin – guest-only discounts available - Grill and garden table setup – available on request with a small rental fee - Tezla the donkey – rides available with advance booking (additional cost) - Free parking (please avoid blocking the main street to respect town traffic flow) Let us know in advance if you’d like to reserve any special services or spaces —we’re happy to help Other things to note 🐾 Traveling with your pet? We love animals! To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to: - Send your pet's vaccination card at least 48 hours prior to arrival, including: Valid rabies vaccination - Up-to-date internal and external deworming / tics & flees (topical treatments not accepted) - Pay a one-time admission fee of $500 MXN per pet, which lents a Pet Kit (towel, bowls, lint roller & pet shampoo) Please request our complete pet policy and terms before booking. 🛠️ Ongoing Improvements: We are continuously improving the property since it's a classic gem of Troncones. While the interiors of the studios are fully finished, we work in stages. Currently, we are remodeling the gym and developing a recycling project. You may notice occasional light work, extremely brief outages, or workers on-site between 10:30 and 19:00 hrs. ♻️ Zero Waste Commitment: We provide eco-friendly amenities in bulk, and include salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, and drinking water once per stay. 🧺 Linen Policy: Linens are refreshed every 5 days. If you prefer daily linen changes, a fee of $10 USD per night applies. 🧴 Pool Towel Policy: One pool towel is provided per guest. An official ID is required for exchange.
