Condo in Daytona Beach

Charming studio, King size bed. Equipped kitchen . Spacious bathroom w/ towels. The Daytona Beach Resort is on Daytona beach, close to Ormond Beach, Fabulous shopping, dining, & entertainment near by. The Studio faces the city of Daytona for spectacular sunsets. The indoor & outdoor north pools are open. The sauna and gym are also open. Please message with questions. parking is on the south side in the lot next door. The space Our space is a studio style condo, with a king size bed. full sized fridge and cooking area. This is a city view with spectacular sunsets. .. also to clarify a sun set view means u are not facing the ocean ur are looking to the west, the sun set.. Across the street is a shopping center where you can purchase groceries and other supplies. Guests may pull into the loading/unloading area at the condo to bring items to their room, then park next door behind the white fence on the south side of the property. We’re excited to announce that the North Pool and Indoor Pool are now open, along with the gym and sauna! Beach access is located on the north side of the building—please take advantage of these fantastic amenities during your stay. Please note: During event weeks, a 7-night minimum stay is required. Construction is currently taking place on the seawall and back pool deck. Please message me with any questions. Guest access during you stay you will have full use of the condo and the resort amenities. Other things to note THANK YOU AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO YOU HAVING A WONDERFUL TIME AT THE BEACH !! All booking requests for bike week, 500 week and event weeks require 7 day reservations. For security purposes, a valid government issued photo ID (drivers license, passport,ect) is required for the primary booking guest and all adult guest staying at the property. A copy must be securely submitted via Airbnb messaging within 24 hours of completing your booking (or immediately for same-day check-in) Important Building Policy – Please Read Before Booking This property is located in a building with strict animal restrictions enforced by building management, which apply to all animals, including service animals. Hosting an animal would violate building regulations and may result in daily fines and penalties to the owner, as well as health-related concerns due to documented allergies.
