Within a 5-minute walking distance to fun spots like Tequila Frogs, Atrium Cafe & Bar, AlleyOops Midtown, surf shops, Candy Kitchen, mini golf, donut shops, and more! This condo is also ideal for the elderly or those with physical difficulties. Featuring a step-less entry from the parking spots to the elevator, the elevator to the front door, and no steps inside the condo. The master bath also has a walk-in shower for easy access for those with limited mobility. Two covered parking spaces are reserved for your stay and are within a few strides of the elevator to the second floor. Upon exiting the elevator, you'll find the condo entrance a stone's throw away. Use your unique key code to access the property and find the first bedroom on your left, featuring two full beds, a dresser, and TV. Down the hall is the first full bath - which includes your very own steam shower and whirlpool bath with dual showerheads and a comfortable teak wood seat when using the steam shower - and the laundry room with compact washer and dryer and beach supplies for your stay. The hallway opens to a stylish kitchen fully equipped for any meals you'd like to cook in your home away from home. Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, and basic seasonings are just a few of the items you'll find in the kitchen. In this open floor plan home, the kitchen opens beautifully into the dining area with seating for 6-7. Directly off the kitchen is the second bedroom - equipped with a queen-size bed and its own ensuite full bath with a spacious stand up shower. Also off the dining area is the living room with ample comfortable seating, flat screen TV, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful bay views out both glass double doors! Exit either door and relax on the covered balcony - the perfect place for your morning coffee or evening wine! Don't forget the pool! Just walk out your front door and you can either take the elevator down one level to the first floor, or a few steps to the left is a short set of stairs you may use if you prefer. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guest access You will have full access to all spaces in the condo with the exception of two locked closets used for utilities and housekeeping. If a door is locked, it is supposed to be - please do not attempt to access locked closets. Other things to note The booking member of your party must be age 25+ *per HOA guidelines*. After booking, guests will need to send a picture (via the Airbnb messaging feature) of a valid photo ID to confirm age.
