Enjoy a break in our modern and bright vacation home "Auszeit am See" (DHH). The house is located in a vacation home settlement about 3 km from the city center. Lake Plauen can be reached after about 100 m. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen-living room and a private terrace with a grill. Bed linens and tourist tax are not included in the booking price and must be paid separately. ++Winter late check-out (Nov 24 to March 25): 3 pm departure day++ The space The semi-detached house "Auszeit am See" has 95 m² of living space, an open living area with kitchenette and dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor, next to the living area, there is a bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed with two mattresses and a bathroom with shower. The dining area in the living area can accommodate six people and in the living room area with its two sofas and armchair you can end the evening relaxed. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and espresso machine and invites you to cook. In front of the house is a terrace with a table, 6 chairs, umbrella and grill. A staircase leads to the upper floor. Here is a bedroom with a 1.60 m wide double bed with two mattresses and a bedroom with two day beds and a desk. The day beds have a width of 0.80 m and can each be pulled out to a width of 1.60 m. This allows you to use the room flexibly as a third room with a double bed or as a children's room with space for up to four children. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the upper floor. A travel crib and highchair are available in the house free of charge. The semi-detached house "Auszeit am See" is located about 3 km from the city center in a vacation area. On the property there are 10 other cottages. In front of the house is a free parking space. Additional cars can be parked off-site in public parking spaces. There is a lake view from the bedroom on the second floor. The house has a terrace that is directly adjacent to the next house. Lake Plau is about 100 meters away and about 200-300 meters from the house is a swimming area that can be used by guests. Behind the property there is a free-access petting zoo. Supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe and Netto) as well as the nearest bakery are about 2 km away. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and tourist tax are not included in the booking price and must be paid separately. Tourist tax is EUR 1.50 per person per day. A laundry package with bed linens and towels can optionally be booked 14 days in advance for 22 EUR/person.
