Fantastic 1st floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a great neighborhood! A quick 4 short block walk to the beach and you'll have your toes in the sand before you know it. We are pet friendly, close to restaurants, and mere blocks to all that Galveston has to offer. We're close to both trolley lines that will bring you out to Moody Gardens. Or you can take the Downtown rail line to head to the Strand. Rent a golf cart, grab a surrey and go exploring! We're looking forward to having you! This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs apartment. It's very roomy, the pictures do not do it justice! There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with lots of extra pillows, linens and blankets. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. The kitchen is big! Off the back door is a small patio that leads to a courtyard. It's a great spot to have morning coffee :) The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, flatware...all of the comforts of home. There is a full size fridge, gas range, microwave, Keurig coffee machine (creamers, sugars, Kpods provided). The bathroom is stocked with towels, washrags, hand towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and all of the needs in the bathroom. Bring your clothes and have a grocery order delivered to your door and you're set for a great vacation! Our upstairs unit, Just Beachy GVR-09542, can be rented at the same time. Great for large families, multiple families & friends! This listing is for the entire downstairs apartment. There is a private patio and courtyard for use with this apartment. This area is fenced in, has a propane grill, and a table and chair set for those evenings spent in. There is a side yard outside of the gate (gate facing the road) to walk your furry babies. We live here on the island only a few blocks away. We are always available through call, text or email and will respond as quickly as possible to questions or any issues that may arise. We are new to the AirBnB community but are not new to hospitality. After staffing the Lake Charles, LA casinos with multiple hospitality positions in our current business, we decided to expand into vacation properties. This property is in a nice, quaint neighborhood filled with beautiful different styles of homes from cottages to Victorians. Sitting on the front porch, you can hear the ocean and enjoy the breeze. It's Island Time! Book today! Parking is street parking (maximum of 2 vehicles per unit). You will be close to the trolley line and the trolley bus. One will get you all the way out to Moody Gardens and or you can transfer and take the trolley rail and head to the Strand. There are golf cart rentals, bike rentals, surrey rentals...so many fun ways to get around the Island. You'll only be 4 short blocks from the beach so it's definitely walkable. Our units are full apartments, no efficiencies here!
