Come and stay in a villa house in downtown Rio with transportation to any region. It's not a hostel. It is a family residence in a condominium of houses. The space Mansão Deluxe is a large room with a private work environment equipped with Wi-Fi and TV, located in a charming villa house in the heart of the Botafogo neighborhood. It has a full bed with an excellent mattress, in addition to being a very large room with a separate entrance. My space/home is rustic and glamorous. We are close to the Atlantic Forest, so it is recommended to close the doors and windows by 4 p.m. at the latest to avoid mosquitoes. This is a residential home in a condominium of houses. It's not a hostel. We are opening the doors of our residence with great affection for you. My 6 cats do not have access to this one-story house. Guest access The room has independent access, which generates more privacy for guests. I don't usually share the kitchen, but this can be discussed. The washing machine can be used for an extra fee of 20 reais, with the right to use the washing powder. A fee of 40 reais will be charged per night if the accommodation is for 2 people. During your stay I'm open to interacting with guests if they're willing (and if I'm not working). I am a naturally open and receptive person, but not invasive, leaving them free to enjoy their stay. Other things to note A 10-minute walk to Botafogo Praia Shopping. There are 8 floors of shopping with a panoramic view of Guanabara Bay. A few meters from the accommodation are restaurants, bars, a bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets and a greengrocer. You are a few minutes' drive from most of the city's tourist attractions, such as: Corcovado, Bondinho, Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas (20 minutes' walk), Praia Vermelha, Praia da Urca, Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema, Leblon, Aterro do Flamengo, Santa Teresa. All these regions are adjacent to Botafogo. A 6-minute walk away is the subway that takes you anywhere in the city, including Barra da Tijuca. In front of the villa is a bus stop that offers you even more accessibility to Rio de Janeiro. There is paid parking right next to the house.
