Peaceful House, Private Master Suite Apartment

I have a Master Suite with a separate private kitchen in Sunrise FL. come enjoy a cozy family & peaceful environment, we speak English, Spanish & Portuguese. Driving distance, 7 minutes to Sawgrass Mall, BB&T Center, 10 minutes S to Westfield Mall, 14 minutes N to the Coral Springs Mall, 19 Min to Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Intl Airport, all major restaurants within the surrounding, 25 min to Las Olas Beaches. 7 min to Super Walmart, 20 Min to the Seminole Hard Rock and Casino. The space This is a Private Master Suite Apartment, it's separate private entrance and parking, with accommodation for 3 people, includes a Queen size bed, a Futon for a child or short person (Twin mattress if necessary must request), plenty of closet space large private bathroom, WIFI - TV/Firestick, small computer table. A full kitchen includes plenty of counter space with cabinets, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, two-burner stover & refrigerator, it's a very clean environment. Please leave everything clean as found in the kitchen. In the bathroom, you will find the basic, shampoo, toothpaste, bath soap, and hand soap. We can also provide a Child bed/Child Crib MUST REQUEST if needed. Attention: The only space that you would share with the Host would be the Pool Patio Area! Guest access The Guests will have private parking/Carport and entrance through the pool area. From the Apartment Suite, guests will have a great view of the pool area. The Guest will have full access to the pool area, which will occasionally be shared with the Host. Other things to note The host has a large 15-year-old friendly dog, he is always in the separate pool area, and he spends most of the day sleeping Please Attention Check OUT TIME at 11:00 AM Attention before making your reservation! We DON'T have a POOL FENCE, The Master Suite, is facing the POOL CHILDREN MUST BE supervised at all times.
