Due to the Corona virus pandemic in the US and World wide, host is not accepting reservations at this time. Upon reopening, 1-6 month leases, along with short term lease will be available. Covid-19 safety and cleaning/disinfecting will be observed and practiced. Longer term lease (over 30 days) can provide stays for out of state working, looking for or waiting for a permanent residence in CO, other. Short Term Rental License Number- 2019-22. The space The suite provides 2 seperate sleeping areas with a single hide a bed in living area, separate living, dinning, functional kitchen and bathroom areas with an open concept design. (Exception- bathroom door) Screens are available for bedroom entrances and privacy. High quality mattresses' and bedding (sheets, mattress' pads, pillows) towels are changed daily if requested. The Suite is self sufficient and provides you with a small kitchen including a refrigerator, convection/microwave oven (cook a full meal or use as a microwave) hot plate, cooking pans, dishes, utensils, etc., high speed blender for smoothies or drinks, electric skillet and a single cup coffee and tea maker. Iron and small ironing board, hair dryer, toaster, sm rice maker, first aid kit is also included in the suite. For your safety, there are 2 hard wired fire alarms, a carbon monoxide monitor and fire extinguisher. The 2 very large egress windows are equipped with attached metal ladders for easier evacuation if needed. Private patio area is fenced for privacy, has a patio table and 4 chairs, a gas grill for cooking (please request from host) and over looks the host' backyard and flower gardens. Abby's is a great place to stay for business travel, while looking for a permanent residence in the Denver/metro area, conferences in the area and of course a great vacation retreat. Whether visiting for business, short term working assignments in the area or a place to stay while you find or wait for your permanent residence, the location is perfect for visiting some of the beautiful outdoor vacation areas that Colorado has to offer. Abby's is a perfect location to enjoy a day trip and only 13 miles to Boulder. You can then head north stopping at small mountain communities on your way to Estes Park and Rocky Mt National Park. Denver is only 16 miles from Broomfield. Or you can also drive south for 12 miles (from Abby's location) to I-70 west and stop in Golden Co before heading up the I-70 corridor to Evergreen, Central City/Black Hawk (casinos), hot springs in Idaho Springs, tour a gold mine and pan for gold, enjoy the Georgetown Loop Railroad Scenic Ride are just a few places to explore. The City and County of Broomfield offers a number of great activities (when safe to do so) including 2 recreational centers, outdoor swimming park, a small theater, an outdoor amphitheatre, hiking and biking trails, skate board park, batting cages, golf courses, and community events and fairs. Flatirons shopping mall is located on I-36 nestled in the foothills of the Rockies and many other local shopping and restaurant opportunities in Broomfield and the surrounding communities. (Many restaurants, grocery stores and other business' deliver to your door) Guest access The guest will access private entrance and access the apartment using a security deadbolt lock with a code. The bnb/apartment is totally separate from the main home, including a separate entrance, outdoor area and patio which is enclosed with a privacy fence. Host will send guest the code and directions to the bnb in the am of the day or day before check in. Patio overlooks the owners back yard, but there is no access to the yard. Guests can access the front yard which provides grassy areas and shade from a large golden maple tree. Other things to note Location is accessibility to highways and major roads. Within 1-2 miles( a variety of shopping, Broomfield Flatirons mall about 4 miles, additional malls and shopping just south and east of the bnb) numerous restaurants including vegan, conferences and trainings at (Westin and Omni, and other locations) 1st Bank for concerts, Stem cell facility, City/County of Broomfield (2 blocks), CU football (Boulder-12 miles). Rocky Mountain National Park- 1hr 15 minutes. Broomfield has a winery and several breweries. Located between Denver and Boulder where there is additional shopping, 5 star restaurants and numerous events and activities. (Too many to list on this site) Each person for booking counts as 1 guest. Please indicate the correct number of guests when making reservation. Price per night is for 2 guests, so indicate 2 guests instead of 1 if that is the case. Small charge for each additional person per night. (Guest 3 and/ or Guest 4) Child over 13 yrs is considered as 1 guest. Total number of persons in BNB is 4. (Adults and Children) See below in Family Booking. Smoking outside only. For family bookings. Children ages 12 and under- no charge. Do not book as guest, but please let me know how many children will be staying. Guest can now request items for 0-2 yrs old. Items available are a pack and play with linens- for sleeping, booster seat for eating at table, changing pads and some toys. Hand held shower for bathing is installed in bathroom. All linens and towels are washed (including disinfected) for each reservation. Toys are also washed and disinfected for each new guest. Please note young children need supervision on stairway leading to entrance of unit. Host owns a small dog, Cleo, who is very friendly. The dog sleeps in the host' bedroom which is outside of the area the BNB is located. Host also owns a cat who is 18 yrs old. Neither the dog or cat have access to the inside of the BNB. Cleo(dog) often comes with me to great guests. Cleo is hypoallergenic (has hair not fur).
