This award winning design loft is right at the Lake Zurich with a stunning view on the lake and the Alps. We can spend hours just watching the scenery unfold... The flat is walking distance to the city of Zurich and close to Zurich's best summer spots. The house is newly built and the furniture and appliances are of highest quality standards. The house is a fully covered in solar panels and not only self sufficient but also fueling an electro car. The space Besides the main room with modern kitchen, living room and dining room, there are 2 bedrooms and an office/library. One bedroom offers a large king sized bed with lake view and the other one a queen sized bed, 2 kids beds (if needed) and also a lake view. The beds are equipped with Tempur mattresses so that you feel bedded on clouds. There are 2 bathrooms. One with a shower and toilet the other with a bath tub and toilet. We love having our breakfasts on the balcony, equipped with comfy furniture and a professional Weber BBQ.
