Your home away from home. -500 sq ft of living space - 2 identical bedrooms each equipped with an 18 inch SmartTV (login with your favorite TV app), sound machine, Tuft and Needle memory foam mattress, cordless blackout shades and a mirrored valet. - Luxe bathroom with a 2 person shower, 2 robes, shampoo and conditioner, soap and hair dryer. - Fully-stocked Kitchenette with sink, 2 burner stovetop, mini fridge, microwave, pots and pans and eating, drinking and cooking utensils (while you can't make a 5 course meal in this kitchen it's perfect to make a simple pasta, grilled cheese or to heat up some soup) - Nespresso coffee machine and pods - Living room with sectional sofa and 40 inch Smart TV with Netflix access. -Private walk out balcony with chairs to relax and overlook the pool. The owners are both in the creative industry and have created a designer space that will leave you inspired and with plenty of ideas to steal. Guest access The garage apartment is located at the back of our property approx 50ft from the main house, which allows for privacy. Guests have full and exclusive access to the garage apartment during the stay. The backyard and seating areas are all open to guests. The pool can be used with permission (guests only). A fee for exclusive rights will apply. The hot tub is also available to guests for an additional fee to pay for the cost to heat it. Free street parking in front of the residence is always available. Please only park directly in front of our house to respect neighbors. We also prefer two cars maximum. Contact us prior should you need more. Guests will enter through the side gate, which will lead them through a gravel side yard and alongside the pool to the back of the property. For complete privacy and convenience, the apartment is equipped with an August lock and can be accessed by phone or personal code at any time of day. No need to meet up for a key. But we would be happy to greet you if you like! Other things to note The property is 100% smoke free. Smokers will be turned away without refund and will be charged a $500 cleaning fee. We are not kid-friendly as we have a non-fenced pool and the property has steep stairs and balcony. Babies who are not yet crawling will be permitted (email for permission.) We love dogs, we have 3 of them but the apartment is not pet friendly. They will be out occasionally for supervised potty breaks but prefer the indoors - so they won't be in your way. The apartment is on the second floor and guests will need to be ok with climbing stairs. This is not a party location. It is a residential neighborhood. Responsible fun is allowed but noise will need to be kept at a minimum and not go past 8pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends. No photoshoots are allowed without permission.
