This three-story, modern classic that sleeps 6 is located in the desirable South Beach area of Neskowin, a quiet, gated community. Brigadune sits on the edge of an acre of wooded land with a creek in back. We hope you'll treasure our Brigadune as much as we do. The space Brigadune sleeps 6 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twins) and is situated in a quiet, wooded area on one acre of land. Gas fireplaces in the living room and the primary bedroom. Guests have the use of the whole home, including garage (with EV Level 2 car charger), claw foot soaking tub, arcade machine, books, games, puzzles and TVs. The neighborhood is gated and is accessible only to owners and guests. Because of this, our end of the beach is secluded and never crowded. The whole neighborhood is wooded and quiet. Neskowin is a very small, friendly village - a classic beach community. We have a coffee maker (keurig with drip and pod combo), stove top kettle, stove top espresso maker and enough ground coffee to get you started. We have a plug-in electric bbq grill available. PLEASE NOTE: Lodging Tax will be collected by AirBnB. Please also note that the home does not have an air conditioner, but box fans are available and the sea breeze is wonderful when the windows are open. Guest access Guests have access to entire home and grounds (excluding 2 locked owner closets). Other things to note Guests must sign owner contract at booking. Please note that there is a ring doorbell camera at the front door of the property.
