Furnished to meet every need, the house is suitable both for those who want to relax in nature in a context surrounded by lakes and mountains, and for those who want to practice outdoor sports such as hiking and climbing. You will experience the thrill of staying in a house that dates back to the second half of the 1800s, an exciting and unique experience! The space Very spacious and bright, the house has three floors, two of which are habitable, and can accommodate up to 7 guests in 3 comfortable rooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Access is through a colourful courtyard full of flowers, which has a wonderful stone table, thanks to which you can enjoy precious moments of tranquillity in the open air. The ground floor of the building consists of a lounge and a dining room elegantly furnished with precious decorations, antique furniture and family heirlooms. In the hall there is a large wooden table and a fireplace in full nineteenth-century style. In the living area there are two comfortable antique armchairs and a 3-seater sofa that can be used as a single sofa bed. There is a Smart-TV with Netflix already recorded, to entertain even the youngest children. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, moka, Nespresso coffee machine and complete set of utensils. Coffee powder, assorted Italian coffee pods and tea bags are provided. The ascent to the second floor is via a majestic stone staircase, which leads to the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. All rooms have private access to the terrace and are retro in style with handcrafted furniture from the last century. The large, colourful terrace has a small table and two deck chairs where you can relax and enjoy the splendid natural panorama. There is a service bathroom on the ground floor and a full bathroom on the first floor with bath, washbasin, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and Welcome-Kit with shampoo and bath shower. The house has free Wi-Fi access. It comes with bed linen and towels and has a washing machine. Premosello-Chiovenda, the small village where the property is located, is part of the Val Grande National Park, whose area is managed by the WWF. The house is 16 minutes from Lake Maggiore and 13 minutes from Lake Mergozzo, Italy's cleanest lake. The Val Grande National Park has many hiking trails for both beginners and experts, several of which are also cycleable. Domobianca, a true winter sports paradise, is only 27 minutes away by car. The Sentiero Bove (Bove Trail) is one of the most famous and fascinating in Italy. The starting point from the village of Cicogna can be reached by car. The area is very famous for the sport of climbing, given the presence of different types of rock faces, including the Falesie. Six minutes away from the house are the Pozzi di Bareola, the ideal place for a refreshing dip and sunbathing. In Valsesia and Val d'Ossola there is the possibility to practice Rafting and Canyoning, even without experience, as they are followed by experts. The starting point of the famous and historical Train of Foliage, which connects Domodossola to Locarno through a breathtaking landscape, is only 17 minutes away. Guest access There is FREE PARKING 50m from the property and the train station is a 2-minute walk away. Access is via self check-in with a coded safety box.
