Welcome! Large, bright and comfortable, our house is ideally located in Nantes. Beautiful Procé Park is a 2-step walk away. The house is spacious and equipped to accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 baby/child. The space The accommodation consists of a large living space on level 0, with living room, dining room and open plan kitchen – fully equipped – overlooking the garden. Upstairs you will find 3 closed bedrooms and a large open office. We prefer to limit the number of people to 6/7 people including children. The house is ideally located a 5-minute walk to Parc de Procé, 5 minutes to Zola market and transport to reach the city center of Nantes in 15 minutes. The ocean is a 40-minute drive away.
