Private Guest Suite in Colorado's Front Range

Guests will have a roomy, comfortable private suite (bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, living area and study) in the downstairs area of a home in a quiet Lafayette neighborhood with traditional charm. We love our view of Colorado's front range mountains from the front porch. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. The space We're excited to offer this cheery, well-lit basement suite to our guests. Included in the private guest suite are wifi, Xfinity TV, kitchenette with cook top, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Guests also have access to a front porch with a view of the mountains and a patio garden with grill (shared space). We have a full sized (and two twin sized) inflatable mattress(es) and a couch that are available for extra guests. An extra bedroom (in shared space) could be available for an extra fee. Other things to note General Location Our home is centrally located for access to Boulder (10 miles) and Denver (20 miles) in the Front Range area of Colorado with great access to Denver International Airport. (very direct access via toll road). Rocky Mountain National Park is about 1 hour away. Bus stops for Denver, Boulder and Longmont are within walking distance.
